- How does it work?
- Upright, FlipLight is a warm table light. When a guest wants service they flip it over and it turns red. Your staff see it from across the room. Flip it back, and it's mood light again.
- How long does the battery last?
- 6 to 8 hours per charge: a full evening service. Recharging on the magnetic station takes 4 to 6 hours, so if you run lunch and dinner, top up in between.
- Can I set the colour and brightness?
- Yes. Place the lights on the station and choose from 4 brightness levels, 7 ambient colours, and solid or pulsing red for call mode. Settings apply to every light on the station.
- Can you engrave our logo?
- Yes, on orders of 25 lights or more, and it's included free. We send a digital proof before production.
- Which countries do you ship to?
- Germany, Italy, France, Spain, the Netherlands and Lithuania, delivered in 1–2 weeks (express) or 3–4 weeks (standard) with duties included. More countries soon. You get a proper VAT invoice (reverse charge for VAT-registered businesses).
